This is how flannel shirts used to be back in the day! Heavy, beefy fabric and warm! It's a little bit stiff (not a wimpy skimpy flannel so that's to be expected) And it's boxy but true to size, so I wouldn't recommend sizing up unless you want it really big. I'm 5'8, 150 and bought a Medium in Basil. The side pockets are deep and generous. I wouldn't say it's as heavy as the traditional shirt jac but it has an indoor shirt jac vibe. Hope more colors come back into stock. (more neutral colors please? black plaid would be awesome) I haven't taken it off since it arrived.
