Once you've worn a pair of double front Carharrt pants, you don't go back. They are certainly hotter, but for spring, fall and winter work outside you are good to go. These (classic) feel roomy enough to move for any work, but they aren't cut for fashion. There is ample stitching and although this is the first few weeks, I would guess they will last years. The only thing I noticed is that the side pocket has "two" pockets, but they are divided by fabric that only goes down halfway, so the pocket is "shared"? Seemed odd to cur corners there.
