Carhartt 102841 - Full Swing® Briscoe Jacket

I have worn this jacket almost everyday to work for 10 months except summer as service electrician. It is great light weight jacket. From Minnesota! It is great driving my service van and going in and out of vehicle because it’s not bulky and very comfortable. I love to tighten the cuffs. Looks more professional than carhartt sweatshirt. Works as a base layer with carhartt vest. I have not torn a hole yet to my surprise.. only thing I don’t like is the collar. Cheap but I got over it at clearance price.

If you like Carhartt, but are in a situation in which canvas isn't appropriate, I recommend this jacket. I don't live too far from the Carhartt store in Detroit, so I'm always looking for an excuse to swing by. I saw this jacket a while back and picked it up. I like it. It's warm, especially for it's weight, and actually has adjustable wrist cuffs which is rare for Carhartt.

Great fitting jacket. Looks nice for casual wear with the durability to hold up on construction sites, daily work wear. Keeps you warm enough on windy days and even on a slight chilly day. Works great as a rain coat for short periods of time and drying time is pretty quick as well.

I work in an unair conditioned, unheated factory. This jacket gives me good range of motion and keeps me warm when active but also breathes so I don’t feel suffocated when I’m moving around a lot. Blocks the wind when factory doors are open. Great jacket to layer under with. Sometimes I wish I had a hood and elastic cuffs would be nice. Other than that it’s my favorite work jacket and I wear it all the time.

I like so much about this. Only one thing-it doesn't breath. It is sweaty. Thinking about returning it. Shame if only it breathed I would really like it.

It is a really nice jacket. I wear to and from work and is nice enough to wear out for dinner. I have only worn it a few times so cannot comment on durability.
