Carhartt 102744 - Women's Amoret Coat

I love the jacket for the most part, however, I am having a lot of zipper issues and I’ve only had the jacket for couple of months. The bottom zipper keeps pulling up keeps splitting. I am very disappointed.

I loved this coat. I have had it for a few months but now it seems to be wearing away and deteriorating. It was very warm and comfortable but I'm very disappointed.

Love my new jacket! I ordered the XL and I am a size 16 and it’s large enough to fit a hoodie under and still have room. I ordered the green and it’s a beautiful color. I live in the northwest and the coat will be warm enough for the winter months.

Lightweight yet so warm! Love that the hood can tighten and tie to keep your head warm and dry. Love the cloth pockets.

I really like most everything about this coat. All the pockets are great, the coat keeps me warm due to the longer length. The design looks good but I don’t like the hood. It comes forward a bit too far. I usually wear a hat anyway. I tried this coat on in a store and loved it but they did not have my size so I ordered it online and it came quickly from Carhardt. I am very happy with this coat and would recommend it to others.

I initially loved the coat, perfect fit, warm but light weight, pockets in all the right places, but I had several issues with the zipper. Weird that it is a zipper pull on top of a second zipper pull, so that made it hard to align together to put the other side in. Once I could finally get it aligned and pulled up, it would catch parts of the material of the jacket caught in the zipper. Last zipper issue is because it was a zipper pull on top of another zipper pull, the bottom zipper pull would occasionally open and unzip from the bottom up. It's really a shame because I loved everything else about the coat and I tried to keep it but I gave up after two weeks of the zipper issues I could not deal with it any longer.

I was amazed how this lightweight coat has kept me warm the last 2 years. It's great for rainy weather, forget your umbrella and just pull up the hood! Can't wait to get another one in a different color for Christmas!!!
