Carhartt 102687 - Women's Flame Resistant Force® Cotton Hybrid Shirt

I'm a welding student and have had a hard time finding gear to fit me properly. Not only does this fit, but it is so lightweight that I'm not sweating like a crazy person in the booth. No burns, and I've been wearing it 5 days a week for almost a month now. Definitely recommend this to everyone who will listen .

One of the best versatile/hybrid female shirts that can be worn in the field and in the office. I ordered a small, am ~5'-4" @ 115lbs, and typically wear USA sizes 2 or 4. It tucks in well without a lot of bulk, when untucked it is long enough to just cover over my bum. It is spot on with fit and has feminine enough lines yet a professional/casual look for the office with a pair of slacks or dungarees. The material is durable, soft (not stiff or canvas), and the weight is just right (not too thick or thin). I bought the light blue color and plan to get a navy, but wish they made a white one. I do like the tan one but prefer blues and whites as the tan makes me think of safari or desert camouflage or zoo keepers uniforms :o).

Great shirt and very professional looking. I had read some reviews about it running large with the sleeves long. I’m 5’9” and got a large because I do a lot of physical work where shirt flexibility is key and this shirt is amazing. Felt lighter weight than some other fr shirts I’ve had in the past and a very soft material. For my size the large did run a little big around the middle, but I had no issue with sleeve length. I tuck in my shirts so the length was perfect for that, but if you won’t be doing that it may be a little long. Definitely plan on buying more of these.

Love these shirts! I have to wear full fr. it’s hard to find shirts that fit me due to my broad shoulders and chest area., but these work! When i reach for things, the shirt does not ride up, arms stay protected and actually has give in back! There is room to move without feeling restraint in my active job. Will be purchasing more!

I was required to have full FR gear, yet still represent our company in appearance. I bought one in blue and one in khaki. I am generally a medium and this fit true to size, slightly tailored, and looked good tucked in or not. It is a soft knit and hung well. The sleeves were long enough, which is sometimes a problem with women's shirts. The pockets were proportional to the shirt, not just a man's pocket sewn onto the front of a women's shirt. Vent panels on the side were unobtrusive.
