Carhartt 102246 - Women's Full Swing® Cryder Jacket

This coat is flattering. Made to compliment womens bodies.It's a rich green. Would buy again in a different color.Purchased mine as a factory 2nd. Cannot find any flaws in the coat.

Love this jacket. Weighs less than the original carhartt jackets. Flattering cut. I am a rr conductor in Northern Wisconsin. Kept me warm this winter. I would wear a traditional carhartt in sub-zero conditions though.

I’m a bit disappointed with this coat. Not very warm, not even remotely water resistant in the rain. It’s difficult to put my hands in the pockets because of the dropped sleeve over the cuff. Yes, I can move freely in it but I really never had trouble with restricted movement in the classic style. This coat is tough though! Saved me from major injuries on my arms when I got attacked by a dog.

Great work jacket. I wear it to feed horses, cut brush, haul manure, work in the garden, etc. It is super comfortable and not too thick. Nice and warm.

I really really wanted to give this jacket 5 stars but I just couldn't because of two things. 1. The difference between the sizes was HUGE. The large was a tad bit snug on me but wearable so I tried the extra large and that was HUGE. 2. The more major reason I couldn't give this jacket more than 3 stars was because of the sleeves. There is something extremely uncomfortable about them. They don't appear short but they are, and I actually have pretty short arms. If I had known how uncomfortable the sleeves were I would have returned the jacket. Unfortunately, it took actually wearing and putting the jacket to use to realize this. Fix the sleeves and this jacket would be 5 stars.

The coat is very warm. I like the overall fit. I like the pockets. However, I have been disappointed with the sleeves. They are too short which isn’t consistent with the “full swing” description. The elastic portion of the sleeve is tight and covered by the cuff of the canvas sleeve, this creates an uncomfortable gap around the wrist area when gloves or mittens are put on. Other than the sleeve issue, I like the jacket but the sleeve issue is significant enough to leave me pretty disappointed.
