I am a mid thirty career construction worker. It is basically like this, there are overalls, then there are Carhartts. The extreme impact pair I wear in summer time, actually just put them on for work this morning.

Nice material for comfort and regulated body temperature

I really like the force extreme line for the simple fact I sweat a lot and these are the best out there for maintaining the body core temperature. They do tear easy and the front pockets are a bit different. I will buy again at factory second pricing and look for shirts in this line.

I normally wear the r01 bib overalls. These seemed like a comfortable alternative to the normal stiff carhartts. Let’s just say that I will be returning them, and going back to my normal ones. I wore them for 1 day and the were starting to show abnormal amounts of wear while just working in the shop. I’m a Sheetmetal worker, so I’m hard on bibs, but these just aren’t cutting it. I guess I was hoping they’d last better but that’s not the case

Don’t buy these!!!! After about 45 days the bib strap came undone with no way to fix it effectively., and a totally worthless return policy. Thanks for nothing Carhartt. I won’t be buying from you again.

No button hole in the bib

I love these things, very comfortable and hot Weather. My only gripe is that the hammer loop is way too big and my hammer keeps falling out. Also It doesn’t have a button hole in the bib. I really need to button the bib to my shirt

Whats not to love about Carhartts newest bibs? I have 6 or 7 pairs of Carhartt bibs, these coming in a close second for those rainy days on a job site. My first choice for lighter work will always be the Rigby flex but for anything wet or damp, crawling into crawl spaces these are my go tos. Would love other options in color either grey like the Rigby or Carhartt brown.
