Carhartt 101958 - Essential Plaid Short Sleeve Shirt

I bought my first Carhartt shirt from Big 5 Sporting goods. I was so impressed with the fit that I started looking around for some other colors. That's when I found Dungarees.com. The shoulder seams are right where they should be and then a nice length short sleeve. Made out of a heavy material to last.

I have bought my size from many suppliers, including Carhartt (tees and henleys), but this button shirt is way too small. At least a full size.

This shirt is made from quality materials and superior craftsmanship. It is designed to be sturdy (triple stitching) yet comfortable. I own three. I wear them to work from late spring until late fall. They are gradually replacing my old Carhartt S-277's that I have worn for years. The poplin fabric keeps me cool and stays crisp looking even in the 90 deg. (+) Northern Virginia summer heat and humidity. As for sizing: I am 6'1" and 205 lbs. I have a 44" chest and a 36" waist. I wear the large regular and the fit is perfect. I think a regular XL or a large tall will be too big. The only negative is the bright crimson and rust colors. They are a little too bold for me. Other than that these shirts are as close to perfect as you'll get.

Only thing I would ask to make this a better shirt would be if it were made in the USA instead of off shore.
