Carhartt 101759 - Wind Fighter™ Zip Front Hooded Sweatshirt

Excellent quality. Very well made. I'd say the material is a little heavier/thicker than a standard sweatshirt made by the popular sports brands. However this sweatshirt is also very wind resistant and that makes a big difference. I haven't worn it in the rain yet so can't comment on water resistance other than to say I held the sleeve under the faucet for a minute or so and the water rolled right off the entire time.I'm 5'11'' and 195lbs. Size large fits me perfectly with room to wear a heavy flannel or crew sweatshirt under this jacket when necessary,

This jacket it great at blocking the wind and keeping you warm. It looks good, is soft, and has a thick fleece lining inside. The pocket can fit my XL phone or wallet without it looking like its drooping from the outside. Wearing this over a hoodie looks great also and keeps the wind out. Doesnt look or feel cheap. I bought 2 sizes. One to wear with a t shirt and one to wear over a hoodie. I wear a large shirt, and the large is good size for over a t shirt. XL for over a hoodie.

I needed a new zip up hooded sweatshirt and this is by far the best one I've ever worn. It looks great, it's super soft, is nice and warm, and it stops the wind and rain. It's light enough to wear around the house but still heavy enough to be worn as a jacket.

This sweat shirt is Awesome! It is by far the best sweat shirt I have ever owned. I am now on my 4th one. I wear this all the time. The wind shear is really the key. It is very comfortable to wear. I like when I bend over it does not ride up my back. It is lightweight but very warm. Ya it is more money than some of the other sweat shirts, but if you are outside all the time this is definaltly the way to go.

I really like this hoodie sweatshirt. It works as advertised keeping me warm and the wind from blowing through. Mine was a bit darker than what is pictured on this site but that's OK with me. Also looks better in person. you can tell that it's not a $20 hoodie from a discount store.
