I have been wearing Carhart's all my life . I got one particular one years ago that was similar to this i loved it so much i was gonna buy it again then found out they discontinued that specific one.. but they replaced it with this one! I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS ONE! Not to heavy not to light extremly comfortable doesent ride up even when swinging a sledge hammer ! keeps the wing out yet breathes somehow! Its so nice that family friends and co workers have asked about it and they ordered one shortly after! Dont hesitate its not a "shirt" its a light jacket but again keeps you warm or the comfortable temp while working with it on. None of that taking it on and off crap because your too hot then your too cold! PLEASE CARHART DO NOT DISCONTINUE THIS ONE!

This is an awesome shirt jacket. I have two other style carhartt shirt jackets but this is my favorite. The relaxed fit allows it to be more form fitted and thus makes it much better looking. If it's clean enough, you could wear it out to dinner or it can hold its own out in the field working all day. It is extremely comfortable with the fleece lining and full swing features. It has plenty of pockets and I especially like the lined hand warmer pockets. It is toward the end of winter so I don't have a full test. But I'd say this is very warm for the weight of the material. You'd probably be warm in the 20s with a long sleeve underneath. This is my first quick duck product and I'm really impressed. It's lightweight, soft, warm, and confirmed water repellant. I have not tested carhartt's claim of it being as durable as traditional duck. I also can't tell that it's very flexible or stretchy. I'll take their word on it though. I really really really with carhartt would make a hoodie with quick duck. It is light, breathable, tough, and warm enough to make an indestructible hoodie. I guarantee I'd buy every color and the rest of the customer base would love them. Back to the jacket. My only real problem with it is sizing. I'm a guy that is between sizes, at 6ft 1in, 210 lbs in fit shape. Mediums fit well in the gut area without looking like I'm wearing a blousy shirt, shoulders and chest are ok with the full swing, but the length in the arms and body are a little lacking. In a large I gain the length back, but am swimming in a blousy garbage bag fit in the chest, back, and belly area. Please consider making more options available in medium- tall or some kind of large- slim. My body type is not uncommon and while many customers may have a large gut or just not care how their clothes fit : I do. I know these are not tailored and are general cuts based on some kind of standard. But I seem to have more trouble with the fit of carhartt than any other brand. Every man that's 6 ft 1 in and large shoulders doesn't have a giant gut. Just consider the medium - tall or large - slim. I know many other customers would benefit from it and I'd personally review and try out any concepts you create for free, of course.

Excellent. Also water resistant but not something you want to trust in a downpour.Fits great and is very attractive. My teenager loves his. It only gets to low 40s here, so this is a great jac for Northern Cali.

I was looking to replace my favorite Dickies Mechanics coat that I have had for over fifteen years. After looking and trying on many different coats and styles , this one really fits the bill !!!! The Full Swing makes the jacket easier to wear and function especially while driving . The pockets are fleeced lined . I am a stocky 2XL and the coat fits great. Not enough room to wear a hoodie under it for me though. It's warm I was comfortable in it in 30 degree weather. GREAT JACKET !!!!! I have the Gray one and like it some much I might buy the brown one too !!!
