These shirt jackets are actually a nice light weight jacket. This is my third one. I now have three different colors. All are soft and comfortable. I have had the others for several years and they are very durable. Have ordered new ones to replace the original ones because I have "retired" them.

The Shirt Jac fit perfectly! It does run large so order 1 size down, I normally wear a large. I wanted something to wear that was casual and not bulky or heavy like my other jackets and something that I could wear when it's not too hot or cold. This is perfect! The snap buttons make it easy to close and open when it's needed.

I liked this shirt jac so much that I bought two for myself and then bought more for each member of the family. You'll wear it for the comfort, but you'll keep wearing it for the pockets. Come on, Carhartt, please make the same shirt (with the same pockets!) but unlined for warmer weather.
