The reflective striping makes the shirt not fit, it is too tight to put on and take off and it cuts the circulation off in my arms. This material should stretch like the shirt fabric or at least have breaks in it to allow some stretch. Very poor design. The next size larger was way too big, if it did not have the reflective stripes the fit would be perfect.
