PRODUCT INFORMATION

DETAILS

  • 13-ounce, 100% cotton FR duck
  • 11.5-ounce FR quilt lining: FR modacrylic batting quilted to FR twill face cloth
  • Fleece-lined insulated stand-up collar with flap to cover hidden snaps for detachable optional FR hood
  • Two large patch pockets with flaps and hook-and-loop closures
  • Left pocket has radio integration pass-through slot inside to allow microphone cord to pass through the pocket into interior of the garment
  • Two inside pockets: right patch pocket with FR hook-and-loop closures, and left bellow pocket with elastic top entry and microphone pass through
  • Nomex® FR inside-waist adjustable draw cord
  • Nomex FR rib-knit storm cuffs
  • Two-way brass zipper with Nomex FR tape plus inside and outside protective flaps with hook-and-loop closure for electric-arc protection
  • Two utility bands on chest
  • Triple stitched main seams
  • Bi-swing back and elbow pleats for ease of movement
  • 13-ounce fabric is CGSB155.20-2000 certified
  • 2-inch contrasting trim (RT80™ 220C N3000) with 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material (#9740) ANSI/NFPA 2112 approved reflective trim
  • 360 degree visibility with "X" pattern on back
  • Back length: Large Regular: 31.5 inches; Large Tall: 33.5 inches

Please make this jacket again. Not a lot of Hi Vis FR options out there that are quality and this jacket was. Carhartt needs to bring back the hi vis FR that they had been selling!!!

warmest coat ever!

Got this coat last year and is by far the warmest coat i have had. the wind does not cut right threw this coat and it has worn very well. i would buy again.

Good warm coat

Good warm coat I've had mine going on 5 years working in a crude oil trans load terminal. still in good condition no rips or tears. well worth the price.

heavy but warm

its a touch bulky. i wear a medium and the small fits good. a little stiff at first but give er a couple washes. the inside collar is not blue its black? *picture is wrong* but oh well.

Reinforced fabric

You would think after years of making jackets. They would eventually make reinforced wrist areas so they don't fall apart. I've had the royal color for not even 5 months and it's worn through to the lining. Shoulders worn also.

I bought a large which I usually do, based on many reviews that said size runs true. I have worn large everything for 30 years. This jacket fit like an XL plus some, if I ever saw one. I've never used a medium jacket, ever, but this one I do. Other than the sizing, the jacket is great. Good looking and warmer than I expected. Typical good Carhartt quality, FR rating. I got the blue which looks much sharper than the black.

I have not worn mine yet but it is a heavy coat that fits well. I expect durability to be as good as all Carhartt coats.
