Supplement your protective FR gear with this comfortable, quilt-lined hood.

  • 13-ounce, 100% cotton FR duck
  • 11.5-ounce, FR quilt lining: FR Modacrylic batting quilted to twill face cloth
  • 100% flame resistant modacrylic resin insulation
  • Three-piece hood design for better fit
  • Chin protector with FR hook-and-loop closure
  • Nomex® FR drawcord for adjustment
  • Arc-resistant snaps for attachment to FR outerwear only
  • Compatible with: FRC066, FRJ195, 100161, 100196, 101618, 101623, 101695 and 101620
  • NFPA 70E compliant

Hood was as advertised. It has 5 snaps fits my coat. The Carhartt chat person with whom I communicated described it incorrectly, but because I could return it if it didn't fit, I ordered it anyway. I am satisfied with it.

Hard hat & hood

This hood snapped right on and with my Hard hat on the hood fit fine over it. I would recommend this hood if your required to wear a hard hat while working out in the environment.
