Carhartt 100815 - Women's Weathered Duck Jacket - Sherpa Lined

I wanted a comfortable and durable jacket and made my pick. What a find! When I was ordering, I was worried about sizing, because I wanted it to fit rather loosely for layering but not too much. I am 5'4'' and 110lb, rather on the small side but with long arms and broad shoulders, and some jackets that I buy in a size that fit me often hurts me in the shoulders when I keep it on for a long time. So after pondering I bought a size Medium and it is good for me. Also it is really warm. Although I like it that there are two pockets in the inside and another zippered one on the outside, they are rather small to be comfortable. Also, I don't think the pockets on the outside under can hold anything other than hands. If it had larger and more stable pockets, it would have been more perfect! Also, the zipper was rather stiff. Will have to get used to that.

This is an awesome jacket. I got this jacket last christmas as a riding/work jacket and man is it warm! I live in the prairies in Canada where it can get extremely cold and this jacket is the absolute best. I have worn this jacket in -35 weather... although I do recommend to start layering up at that point, the arms do get chilly (but really in Canadian winters you always have to layer up if you go outside no matter what your wearing). The amount of pockets are great when you go riding there is a place for everything.

I would normally wear a UK size 16 Jacket for comfort so I ordered a size XL. It is a little big but I don't mind as its going to be my winter coat and I'll be able to wear a jumper as well. Great jacket, well made and so cosy. Delivery to the UK was less than a wk which totally surprised me. Delighted with everything, coat and delivery 👍😊😊

Great product! Well made and exactly what I was looking for. However, I had to return it as it ran small. I would recommend this jacket, but go a size bigger if you are going to layer in the cold winter months...in Alaska.

I bought this coat 2 years ago for winter chores on my farm. It LITERALLY looks and feels as great as the day I received it in the mail. I’ve worn Carhartt all my life- before there were women’s designs I just downsized the men’s line!! As a kid growing up in South Dakota on a Buffalo ranch, I can assure you Carhartt is the ONLY brand tough enough to get the job done. Now that I have my very own farm in Oregon I continue to wear Carhartts and I’m super excited to buy another winter coat now! I’m very pleased with the online shopping experience too. I love reading the reviews from other women who have jobs in traditionally male industries- very inspirational!!

I searched high and low for this jacket after they stopped selling it Carhartt.com. So excited to find it here. Perfect for the coldest days in Texas without wearing a parka... but when you need more than a sweatshirt. Quality is great like most Carhartt things. Shipping fairly fast. Ordered a Small at 5'4 125 lbs. Fits just roomy enough to later things under.
