The bottom of the coat could use a way to draw it tighter as wind does come up from underneath. The pockets take in this air from underneath. That is the reason for 4 stars.
Jacket is stiff and heavy, may be softer after worn in.
Color is great and style is cute. Sleeves do have the tight hand sleeve so air does not come up the sleeves.
I could have ordered a small but wanted to wear layers under and also the small was a bit tight in the shoulders when moving the arms.
