Carhartt 100550 - Duck Dog Bed

I'd think this bed could use more filling, some empty spots would be more comfortable with more support. Also, are there remnants available to patch the cover? Puppy is having too much fun chomping away.

We love this dog bed! We have three of them. Great cover material, easy to vacuum & wash. Dogs love them too!

I've had mine (lg) for years now, still in excellent shape. I wash the cover when needed. I would be interested to know if I can wash the filling. I must have bought a older one, the filling is still wholly intact. Can I w ash that?

I bought these after I got tired of my dogs pulling the filling out of way to many beds. They never pulled these open. They laid on them the first day, it's been 8 years and now the bottom of bed is wore out from sitting on concrete floor!

Bought a large bed for our American Bulldog. He loved it for a couple weeks. The cover is durable and holds up very well and my biggest concern I thought was how it would wash and be to clean. Not really a concern now. The inside of this bed is total junk. The dog wont sleep in it anymore and is either in one of the old beds or looking for a mat or a hanging bed cover to sleep on. When he does lay down on it I can hear his bones hit the hardwood when he flops down and he lasts about 5 minutes until he's up looking for his old bed, a cover or he just rolls out of it and sleeps on his back beside it. Thought I found the perfect bed. Tough cover looks good and makes great pants but it's junk inside.... the dog sleeps in them not the owner so take this as his review. Seems that a 2 year old bed from another brand is better than a month old Carhartt to the user, didn't see that one happening. Shocked and disappointed. Product suggestion. ...Offer a memory foam upgrade option, two price point beds or whatever it takes. Carhartt is quality. Dog owners buy this product for one of their children because they know the brand. In my case my favorite son happens to be a dog and if he out lives me my other sons will be shocked to learn he gets everything in my will. Don't risk the Carhartt name on poor quality products, its not good enough for a dog to me.

Lasts much longer than most beds that we've had for the dogs. Not indestructible but the tougher material discourages most chewing. Not as cushy as most other beds either, although it sure beats the hardwood floor!

The first night I brought this bed home, not my dog but my child fell asleep on it.. lol.. it has been through alot with 3 dogs and foster dogs through the years but still holds up and provides great comfort

Bought the bed on a Sunday, by Wed, the middle was clumped and deflated. We have a 95 lb dog but I think the filling is poor quality. Don't recommend purchasing it.

I would definitely shy away from this the outer material is awesome and is definitely Carharrt Quality and durability but the interior material feels like shopping bags that have been bagged up and it was mashed down when shipped and it made the padding inside even worse
