My company orders a lot of these sweatshirts for personnel working in our rail yard. My only complaint is that it is out of stock everywhere. I hope Carhartt isn't discontinuing this item. It's hard to find a thermal-lined Class 3 sweatshirt.

Very warm. It feels thin. But I haven’t needed a sweatshirt under it so far this winter. And I work as a carpenter. It’s very comfortable and doesn’t get in the way when I’m working.
