This shirt is a must have! I split time between the office and out in the field. It is the best of both worlds! It is not too dressy but still looks good to still wear to meetings and out to work! Nice shirts but very inconsistent sizing. Same sized shirts will have sleeves and shirt-tails as much as 2 inches longer / shorter on different shirts. I wouldn't have expected this with high priced shirts. Makes it a pain in the neck to order online without trying on first.
