So I am 5”8 and 300lbs and I have short big legs. I have purchased every different brand of FR jeans and cargo pants to the Ariat riptop material, trying to find a pair of pants that fit, didn’t slide off my butt every time I bend over, light weight enough that they breath and I don’t burn up in this humid 100 degree coastal heat in Corpus Christi, Tx. These are the best pants I have ever owned in FR pants. They are super lightweight and breath really well, keeping me from getting galded between legs, and they stay dry. Relaxed enough but stretch as well to create a perfect fit in any position. Didn’t think there was a pair of jeans that existed, until now. Seriously comfortable pair of jeans.

Handles slag very well. Heaving grinding and weld spatter leave makes, but doesn’t burn through like it would on regular rebar pants. I wear 34x36 and they fit true to size, I apróente the extra belt loops in the rear that are absent on my other Ariat jeans (please fix those) only complaint is I wish they had more pocket space
