My husband is 6'0/185 lbs. I bought the Large/Tall size for the sleeve length. Jacket fits him great but the Tall size requires making a small cuff at the wrist but that better than a sleeve that moves to your forearm when you stretch out your arms. The jacket does have an inner stretch cuff also.

Great for taller guys

Love this jacket. The sleeves are long enough for a taller guy but not too long and they are articulated so it's easy to work in. Tough enough for a day out working but good looking enough to wear to a nice dinner at the end of the day.
