I've worked for 20 years for a lube oil distributor and I'm on my feet the majority of the day walking on pavement and steel grating. The Wolverine W03120 is ready to go straight outta the box. Virtually no break-in period, very comfortable, very durable and a great looking boot. I've purchased 8 pairs over the past 20 years and I'm about to purchase my 9th pair. I still have and use 4 of my older pairs at home for yard work. Please note the boot does run slightly small to size. Normally I wear a 10 1/2 wide sneaker but I order a 11 Wide with the Dura-shock boot. Overall I highly recommend the Wolverine W03120 Dura-shock boot. Very well worth the $

My entire purchasing experience is more pleasant than expected.
I only wish that you offered "stay-tied" laces. I always have to purchase new laces at a local store. The perfectly good, new laces, get trashed because they always get loose and un tied. Added expense and wasted laces.

If your on your feet all day,The best boot ever, very comfortable, durable, doesn't track soiled messes around work area's. myself and many co-workers have been wearing these boots in industrial work for many years, myself 17 yrs,I wouldn't consider any other work footwear , than wolverine Durashock!!
