I love it when a product works as advertised. Fit is tight if you wear thick layer underneath.Suggestion: side pocket needs to be big enough to hold a phone.

Unacceptable if you're short and fat

From: Saint Paul, MN Age: 35-44 Gender: Female
Completely ridiculous sizing if you need a short fat size like I do.... 28 inch inseam was fine, but the torso was so long that even with the straps adjusted as short as possible the crotch of the overalls falls below my knees. I reached out to Carhartt and was told that the torso length is determined by waist size, not inseam, so large waist = long torso. No human being is shaped the way these overalls are made.... who has a torso almost twice as long as their inseam?? Also, the snaps are nearly impossible to get closed, they just don't line up properly. I have worn Carhartt pants and jackets for years with no complaints, but the design of these seems like it needs to be rethought.

Great bibs, go up in waste and down in length

From: Lubbock, TX Age: 25-34 Gender: Male
I am 5’9 205 pounds with a muscular build and the 38x30 fit me perfectly. My normal pant size is a 34x32 and due to recommendations I went up in the waste and down in length. I washed them when first recievig them on cold and a medium low heat. They snuggled up a little but we’re perfect. I have enough room to have my pants, hoodie and layers underneath. They don’t feel baggie to me and the length is perfect. Also, not mentioned in the description, there’re snap buttons by the leg openings to close it up a little if they’re hanging over your boot too much. As far as warmth, these are very warm and I’m having to take them off when it reaches around 50 degrees. Very durable bibs with nice sized pockets and durable zippers. These will last a long time

I'm 63 and have been wearing Carhartt clothing all of my adult life. I would not trust any other outer ware to anything else.

From:  Age: 55-64 Gender: Male
I am about 5ft. 11inches medium build & ordered the shortest length but had to pay a seamstress to take up the shoulder straps to keep the legs from dragging the floor. Should be able to order shorter bibbs. With the price I paid for the bibbs should have not had this extra expense. They seem to be fine now though. Carhartt people were very helpful over the phone. Second pair of Carhartt coveralls I have had but 1st pair of bibbs. Legs on first pair dragged also but just put up with them for 9 years in construction. Yes I would consider buying another pair if I were younger as I am 80 years old.

Sizing is way off.

From: , IL Age: 25-34 Gender: Female
Ordered this for my Dad as his current bibs are really worn out. The sizing here is completely off. Or I got a pair that is miss tagged. They are way too large and now I have to pay to ship them back. Really bummed about this. Might have to order from a store that offers free return shipping.

Saved my leg

From: Mansfield, OH Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
These are the best bibs made. I was cutting wood when I slipped with the chainsaw and hit my leg if not doer my Carhartt bins I may have cut my leg off. So needless to say I think they are the best bibs made.

Zipper issue

From: White Lake, NY Age: 45-54 Gender: Male
I give 1 star for quality for the zipper and design . The zipper on the legs don't have a baking and they catch on to thin materials like thermals for example, once they do that the only way to undo is the use of a plier , i end up whit a bad zipper and a ripped thermals.
