Fail. Replace. Fail again

I've now owned two of these. Both had major failure within the first 1.5 years. And I'm not beating the crap out of these either. I wear it to work in a shop and hang it on the hook. Glued or welded seams just completely released for no apparent reason. Pocket zippers broke. Aside from that the fabric is super awesome, the cut is nice. Bombproof winter shell, if it stays together. For the money I expected a higher quality product.

A huge bargain at clearance price.

I bought the jacket for work in warmer, wet weather. I have not had the chance to fully evaluate it in these conditions, but I am so far favorably impressed. I did find that the jacket runs a little small, based on previous purchases of Carhart products, but the fit is good. It seems a durable and well-designed jacket. It is certainly waterproof and comfortable. I have not had the opportunity to do much work in it since winter is in full swing here, but I did get a few good trials and the jacket is all I could ask for so far.

Warmer Winter

Carhart hit the mark on this jacket. Working all day out in the snow, rain and whatever mother nature has up her sleeve is no match for this jacket. Great features for your phone with waterproof pockets. Additional length on the back of the jacket helps keep out wind or snow going where you don't want it. Really like the new material and fit, great protection without loosing style.

The jacket I've been looking for!
