Carhartt 101222 - 125th Anniversary Duck & Sherpa Blanket

I bought a few of these when they were on sale and I'm glad I bought more than one. They are a nice size, perfect for keeping in the car as an emergency blanket, keeping one near the couch for chilly evenings at home, as a blanket for the stadium, or anywhere else you need a little extra warmth. I keep one to use with my toddler, as something I can put on the floor for him to play or lounge on. Recently, I took this blanket on a road trip and it served several purposes, from a makeshift changing pad to an extra layer in his portable crib in our chilly hotel room. I plan to get some more of these blankets to give as gifts to my family. The quality of these blankets is very high, I can't imagine ever wearing one of these out.

This is a very warm and durable blanket. I wish it were 12" wider and 30"longer. I am 6'3" and 245# it just won't cover me. One of my daughters asked me where I got it, and my wife keeps trying to take it to keep the dog warm, so it is very useful.

Soft enough for the lady in your life but rugged enough to be truck worthy. This blanket basically says I'm a hard working man who probably has a beard, gets dirty and enjoys the sweet sound of a diesel turbo but also who wants to make sure you're cozy and warm. You could probably make this into a snuggie and still be the epitome of a man. Feels like America and Smells like Freedom. Another great carhartt product.

Typical Carhartt quality, I suspect it should last several decades with normal use. It is not the longest; it covers the feet up to about mid chest on a six-footer while reclined. Psychologically, it allows males to lay around covered in a blanket without the guilt-laden feeling that they may need to surrender their man card.

Being a long time fan of Carhartt and also loving a good blanket on cold winter evenings in front of the wood stove, I had to have this blanket. Unfortunately, as with many other items, Carhartt doesn't sell them over here in Europe, but since I wanted a few other items as well, I placed another order with Dungerees. The parcel arrived here today and - what can I say: This seriously is the nicest blanket I ever had, really high quality and an absolute must have for the true Carhartt enthusiast. Get one for yourself - you won't regret it.

I bought this for my adult son because he loves Carhartt and he loves soft blankets to snuggle with while watching tv at his house. Yes he still loves his soft blankets :) this is a manly throw so thats ok. Haha He absolutely loves this Carhartt blanket said this is the best one ever. The only thing he did say was that he wished it was another foot longer to allow for tucking under his feet. He is 5'10" so its ok but a little longer would be better. I got his big dog the Carhartt dog bed. Thats pretty awesome too.

The good folks at Dungaree's once again bailed me out on a last minute gift with this blanket getting it in my hands well before XMAS they do a fantastic job of customer service! Now the blanket as you would expect it is top quality very well made not too heavy just about right for a light cover. If I was to include anything that didn't come with it would be some kind of zipper bag to store it in and prevent it from getting dirt. Carhartt could even do a little promo logo on their 125th anny which would have been a nice touch.

I purchased this blanket as a Christmas gift and was unsure if it would meet my expectations but it greatly exceeded them! I was so happy with it that I have ordered another one. This is a heavy blanket and a fairly large one. The size was initially my main concern when ordering but it is perfect for people of all sizes. Not to small, not to large. Very warm, excellent material quality and very very well made. I highly recommend this for anyone.

This is exactly what it is intended to be. A lightly insulated throw blanket that is durable enough for conditions where a regular blanket won't do. Machine Washable. Is it an ultra heavy duty Carhartt blanket used to cover steel pipes..NO I am sure I will have many uses for this....might be a great travel blanket.
