I've been wearing the Men's Tempe 6" Soft Toe Waterproof Work Boots for a few weeks now, and I've got to say these things are legit. Right out the box, the comfort was solid. No long break-in period, no sore feet after long shifts. They've got a cushioned feel without being too soft, which I appreciate since I'm on my feet for 10+ hours a day.
The waterproofing holds up exactly like it should. I've been through rain, wet concrete, and even muddy job sites dry socks every time. The grip on these boots is solid too! No slipping, even when the floor's slick.
They're also lightweight for a 6" work boot. My legs don't feel weighed down, which matters when you're moving around constantly and they've held up well so far no peeling, no seams coming loose, no nonsense.
Only thing I'll say is if you're used to steel toes, you'll notice the softer build, but if you don't need the added toe protection, these are a comfortable, dependable everyday work boot that'll handle the elements and long shifts with no problem.

This particular style comes a little bigger in size, I recommend buying a size smaller, I usually wear size 9 but this one feels like size 10
