I use this boot indoors/outdoors, I am an electrician and these boot have electrical hazard protection a huge plus. These boots are slightly heavy, but super comfortable, and not too bulky, unlike boondocks. I originally bought boondocks which were too wide even in regular width. I wanted the rubber over mold on the safety toe and these far surpassed my expectations.
