Hunting in western New York you need a solid insulated boot and these check all the boxes. Perfect fit, I don’t see myself buying any other boots going forward.

Haven’t hunted in them yet, but out of the box the most comfortable boot I’ve ever put on. Look forward to field testing them

Very light for the amount of insulation value; most warm boots tend to be heavy and clunky. These boots are neither heavy nor clunky which make them ideal for working in. I understand that lacrosse is directed towards hunting and outdoor activists so i can't complain about not having a composite toe or some sort of renforeced toe which would protect as well as limit the amount of wear due to environment. overall a very nice boot BUT if you plan on walking a lot in these or wearing them above 20F degrees i would suggest maybe 400 or 800 gram insulation instead because your feet will be hot.

Overall a great boot. They aren’t too heavy kept my feet from freezing while hunting in 20 degree weather. Theirs a lot of shoe lace so a side zipper would be a nice addition. My complaint is the bottom rubber sole; When you first put the boot on it feels smaller than your foot. After breaking in the boot my foot sinks in and now it feels normal but I had to make an exchange and get the “wide” boot which I’ve never worn wide before. Going the normal boot I don’t think my foot would of sunk in properly. Hard to describe because I’ve never had a boot feel like that before. I’ve only gone deer hunting once and pheasant hunting once in them so far I don’t know how they will hold up in the long run but I’m optimistic because they seem very well built. I love the rubber front as leather fronts have tend to loose their waterproof much faster

I’ve worn these boots now on several early December PA whitetail hunts. Sitting for 3-4 hours in sub 20 degrees in the mountains with an 18 MPH wind and an inch or so of snow on the ground; to more moderate 30-40 degree temps. They have kept my feet warm and dry so far. I’ve logged about 25 miles in various rocky and wooded terrain up and down hills and low mountains. Very comfortable from day one and getting more so each time I w eat them. No blisters or hotspots at all. The fit is spot on for my normal size (14’s) and the toe is roomy without being loose. I used the shoe size estimator online and I was skeptical after trying on a pair of the sister company Danners and they were way too small. These are exactly what I was looking for and I believe a good value. For now I am very happy with this purchase. I am hopeful they hold up in the longer term.

I had to get rid of my previous boots and was left bootless the week before deer season. These arrived two days before my hunt. They fit great and kept my feet warm & dry for the entire hunt.
