LaCrosse 542162 - Clear Shot

I shopped boots hard this time. I had bad luck with consecutive North Face buys where the soles pulled away from the boot body. The 800 gram mossy oak is easy to put on, light yet warm and are perfect for Wisconsin winter weather. They seem very sturdy snd well made. This is my first LaCrosse buy and I am quite impressed. Thanks

I sat in mid-50 degree weather and by the second hour my feet were uncomfortably cold. On the next sit, I tried a different combination of socks / layers, but the same thing: uncomfortably cold feet. I emailed customer service and explained that I didn't want to leave a negative review, but rather wanted to send the boots back and exchange them. The rep paid lip service to standing by their product rather than actually doing so. Instead of telling me to send the boots back, which would have been the right thing to do, they wanted me to take photographs. Why? I'm sending the boots back to you - what do you need photographs for? So now, in addition to taking my money, they are wasting my time. I was prepared to give Lacrosse the benefit of the doubt and say the boots were bad, but the company was good. Not anymore. I'll never buy Lacrosse again and I'll be sharing my experience far and wide. Spend your money elsewhere.
