Good boots, painful exchange /return experience.

The boots are good. But the exchange / return experience was a pain point. That's the reason for only 4 stars. The first set was to small. They didn't have the same model in the next size up. So I had to return them and wait for the refund to get the other pair. You need a printer to print a label. I don't have a printer? The experience needs to be streamlined.

I have purchased many pairs of Keens for over 20 years and have never had any problems with any of them. And this goes with my newest purchase of the Cincinnati 6" work boot. Just put them on and go. Need no break in period. Comfortable from the get go. Thank you for another excellent pair of shoes. Keep up the good work.

Drive delivery truck. Very durable. Runs a little short to ture size. Had to buy a half size bigger. Nice fit around toe area, comfortable for long skinny flat feet. . .

Solid Boot

On my second pair. These boots hold up well and are extremely comfortable once broken in. Leather does not dry out quickly and crack like many other boots.

Best boots I’ve ever worn

I’ve never put on boots, I didn’t have to break in. I wanted to wear them over the weekend , before I took them to work on Monday. About 30 minutes in, I took them off. Because these boots don’t need to be broken in. These were so comfortable out the box. These will definitely be my go to boots from here on. And, I’ve been through many brands, and different types of boots.

I love these shoes!

I live in boots. I teach and am on my feet all day in the classroom, then come home to the farm and care for the cows, goats, and chickens. The comfort is out of this world and the waterproofing lasts for a long time. I get a new pair for work at the start of the school year then the ones that are a year old become the barn shoes and the ones that are two years old are reserved for the dirty jobs.

Love them, my second pair and Keen makes a boot that fits and is comfortable to wear. I wish they were a little lighter but that’s probably why they are durable?
