I have lived in a ski town for 40 years. I’ve gone through Sorrells, bogs, and other winter waterproof boots. These are by far the best ever owned. The soft soul traction is the best I’ve seen on varied snow and ice conditions. Far better than the hard plastic type souls used by other companies. Very good quality control.
I especially love the neoprene boot uppers. They’re sturdy enough so that I can slip my foot into the boot while it sits on the floor I don’t have to use my hands to pull the boot on. I don’t even have to use my hands to pull the boot off. I put the toe of one boot on the heel of the other and my foot slides out. Most people buy the high topped neoprene boots and realize what a pain they are to use these lower topped boots are sufficient probably for more than 90% of the people out there. Maybe the pig farmers and cattleman can use a high tops.
