Boot feels substantial. Requires a break in of about 2 weeks of daily wear then feels much better. I have a pair of Mountain Light 600’s that I think I prefer better. There was no break in and they are more comfortable but the Panorama is still a good solid hiking boot.

Comfortable right out of the box, minimal break in time. Runs true to size, light enough for every day wear while still providing support in the ankles for hiking or off-road use. Many colors to choose from. They are not recraftable, but for the price it really doesn't matter.

Another quality boot from danner.

Another quality boot from danner. I have bull runs and jags from danner and they all fit my feet really well. I wanted a hiking boot that was a little thicker and stiffer than the jag and this fit the bill perfectly. Substantial but doesn’t feel heavy. Great support and very grippy (my first weekend with them we went to Mount Rainier and ran into some slushy snow pack).
