not only will this product give you comfort for any condition, you can count on your feet staying dry , I’ve owned 5 pair of different danner shoes and not one of the. Required any break in time , threw them on and that was it all I can say is wow thanks for making this product …

I bought these for my son. He is picky about his footwear and he loves them. I bought the same model for myself in early November and took them to Montana hunting with my brother and my dad. It was cold wet and slippery. The boot performed flawlessly. My feet were warm, dry, and happy to be out hunting. I am now a Danner devotee.

I was nervous about getting

I was nervous about getting the right size but these are true to size (bought size 10. 5) , based on other shoes I own (regular shoes 10. 5, running shoes 11. 0). They fit more snug than other boots I own, but they loosen up / relax just a bit, and the fit provides more support than cheaper boots I've owned. While not pillowy soft, these boots provide all-around cushion that is extremely comfortable, yet supportive, and the cradled fit gives me complete confidence when hiking on rocky or uneven terrain. The tread provides incredible traction on wet or dry ground, even on wet logs and rocks, and gives just enough ground feel to know where I'm stepping while still protecting my foot from rocks or protrusions. This is my first pair of Danner boots and I'm honestly impressed. They are the best hiking boots I've ever owned, with the perfect combination of comfort and capability to make my hikes much more satisfying. I'm even considering buying another pair in a different color, just because they're so good.

This my second pair of these shoes. Very well made and comfortable but the shoes run big. Would recommend getting a half size smaller than what you normally wear. I wear a size 12 wide shoe but half to get a 11 1/2 wide in this shoe.
