These are seriously underrated shoes, great waterproofing, tread, traction and extremely comfortable and lightweight. I don't hike with mine but they were the most comfortable and stylish waterproof shoe for my walking commute in a flood-prone coastal town. Highly recommend.

Danner is becoming my GO TO shoes and Boots for living in the mountains of Colorado. I have tried a bunch of Brands and Danners seem to always be my favorites - I think its because of the generous Toe Box and consistent sizing- they also just tend to last longer and do a better job of staying dry inside. When they do get really wet they also dry out quicker - This is my 3rd set of 2650 and also wear the danner Boots not sure what they are called
