I retired from the Corps

I retired from the Corps with nearly 33 years of service, 3 combat tours and more moves around the world than I can recall. In that time, I've worn A LOT of different boots and handful of different Danners. These MEB's are more like what I wore during my 2nd trip to Iraq; loved them then, love them now. These Danner boots are built great, feel comfortable (especially once you get them broke-in) and are proven to withstand a variety of the harshest conditions on the planet.

This is my third set

They're decent will take another

They're decent will take another month or so to break in. I'm in the mountains of south west Colorado and they are excellent when traversing terrain. Also my toes have not been cold yet.
