Excellent pair of boots. Broke

Excellent pair of boots. Broke in quickly and are now my go-to boots when the temps start to drop. They have sufficient insulation for stand hunting into the twenties without the stiffness of heavier insulated boots. Pair them with some Merino wool socks and you're good for an all day hunt.

Very little break-in period but

Very little break-in period but comfortable boots! The key is to order 1/2 size larger and size wider (Order E if you wear a D) if you hunt wearing med-thick socks or with a thin boot sock. My one complaint is the stretch of the laces and that there are no closed rings at the top three lace sections. The open hook is not good with the stretch of the laces. Would most definitely order Danner boots again.

An excellent lightweight, dry boot.

An excellent lightweight, dry boot. I say lightweight in terms of the weight at the end of my legs, not on the value of construction, which so far has appeared to be top-notch. I put one, to two miles on them everyday when I walk my dog through wet and soggy fields and gravel roads. So far, my feet have stayed dry, my ankles have felt well supported, my feet feel safe, and the footing has been very secure. They were comfortable from the first day, and continue to be so. I have not experienced any drawbacks. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good, sturdy, light in weight boot for everyday use.
