Great boots. I broke them

Great boots. I broke them in canning peaches. Then went on a 13 mike hike in Yosemite to clouds rest. Great fit. Comfortable. Perfect! I love Danner boots!

My wife has had her Danner boots for nearly two years and my old boots were beginning to wear out. We have the same size feet so I tried on her boots and liked the fit so well I ordered the same boot. They fit just as well and after some strenuous hiking over rugged terrain the boots are still very comfortable.

These boots fit great. We have very rocky terrain & the soles grab well even on the sides of the mountains here. The soles are thick & have great protection. Full leather which I definitely need & made in USA! 🇺🇸 I gave four stars for two reasons 1) definitely need breaking in..they are a bit stiff but after I wear them the soles conform to my foot. 2) the very top hooks may be off slightly, I have to be careful when lacing them up or they come off the lace hook.

I purchased these from the location by the PDX airport. They measured my foot and everything. I don’t get to wear them very often since moving to Texas, but when I do they feel too big. They say 9.5 US but 42 euro, I’m a 9.5 US for sure but I’m a 40 in euro.
