I love these boots. They've been a staple of my winters for years. Comfy out of the box, light like sneakers and look good. The leather has held up, they have never leaked and the only think that has worn has been the tread on the hard NYC streets
I was really pleased to see that they were "Recraftable" and that I could get the tread replaced.
HOWEVER
I got an email saying that the Vibram soles on the light brown model (speckled grey with black tread) is NOT available for recrafting and my options were All Back, All Cream or Buy a new pair. This was after I had gone to the trouble of shipping them cross-country. Really not cool and kind of a bait-and-switch on that service for these boots. So I hope this review makes that a bit clearer for folks

Super comfortable and stylish. I can wear these all day and I love how they look. The break in time seemed minimal to me. I love the Ortholite insole mixed with the Vibram sole. I would maybe go with a bit more rugged boot if you are looking for a full work boot, but these work in any other situation in my opinion. I would highly recommend them!
