I've never recommended anything so often and confidently as these boots. Union made!

These boots are fantastic, I've had my pair for 3 years and they're still going. Incredibly comfortable, padding all over, breathable material, waterproof, and easy to lace up tight. They run true to size, though you could likely go down a half-size and find them snug once broken in. I may do that - maybe it's just an excuse for another pair. The toe box is large. The alloy protects and sits to spread out for maximum protection and comfort. It's easy to forget they're not a soft toe - and they make the idea of wearing soft toes seem ludicrous after wearing these. They don't impact any work with heights, either. I've dropped 100lb+ at 1ft~ and the alloy failed to notice, the more impressive and useful aspect is that the compressive load is 2,500lbs - you feel more confident dealing with ground level hazards. If you have a pair you should buy one before they continue to raise the price - you should even if it's raised. They're the best you can ask for, and if you think it's a gamble to spend the premium for these, you're making a mistake going with anything else.
