Return policy sucks!

At first they felt ok, but half way thru the work day started to rub on both big toes. If I had made my purchase with a retailer that stands behind the products they sell, I wouldn’t have to wait for the manufacturer to issue a refund to the retailer so I can get a refund. Yes , I did ware them outside. No I don’t buy shoes just to ware around the house. Dungarees’s reason for not directly accepting my return is just BS
