Absolutely loved these boots on deployment. They have been fantastic even years later. But for the love of god and country, make them in black for those of us who went from military to LEO!

I own 2 Pairs

I should say I own 3 Pairs of RAT Boots. 1 Welco and 2 Danner Pairs. The Danners are superior and better built but since you can't get these anymore beggars can't be choosers. They feel like tennis shoes, are stylish, and tough. I feel bad about wearing them for work because I want them to last forever!

First day comfort

These boots are comfortable straight out of the box. They're great in all environments, from warehouse floor to forest floor. I needed a half size smaller than all my other Danners. I'm considering buying another pair, to stash in the closet, so I will have a replacement when I need them.
