These are the most expensive boots I have ever purchased. I absolutely love the look. I can tell that the leather is high QUALITY. At 1st they were not the most comfortable boots I've worn but after the break in period which was a few days, they are VERY comfortable and light. I absolutely love em and happy with my purchase

Footbed insole is better than I expected ( I have a wide foot), leather is both supple & durable with superior stitching ! Sole provides strong support for your feet and back especially of you work on hard surfaces .

True to size with plenty of room in the toe box for thicker socks. Break in period is normal for a good pair of leather boots, about 30 hours. Comfortable foot bed out of the box. Love these boots and own three other pairs of Danners in various models from trail shoe to hunting boots. All great for what they are designed to do. That said, I am not particularly hard on my “work boots”, and if I was in the market as a tradesman, I would probably lean towards RW given the thicker leather and overall durability.
