Size is not accurate. I have several Danner boots all size 10 that fit perfect. These in a size 10 felt two sizes too big.

Only put a few miles on them, but the break-in seems nearly over. Width is fine. Heels rub a bit. Warm. Nice pair of boots.

Very hot boots

Comfortable boots with little break in, but find them VERY warm compared to some other Danner boots I've owned in the past (452 & 453). Seems like they don't 'breath' as the should. Socks soaked, onset of athlete's foot apparent. I'll look for a different model next time.

To me there really stiff

To me there really stiff and I having a hard time breaking them in. I wear them loosely around the house and when i'm walking my dog. I have yet to wear them for work, thats what I bought them for. I am sure once I get them broken in they'll be perfect..

Field Ranger 6 is a great boot in my opinion! They are lightweight, fit well, look good, and get me through my workday! I ordered mine in the wide version. They fit right in length and width. Overall, great boots that look good wearing them too!

3rd pair of this shoe.

3rd pair of this shoe. Obviously, I really like this one. Hiking on dirt, rainy days downtown at the day job, 10k steps a day as an IT guy: this guy does it all. The old pair still clicking away for lawn work and in the home workshop.
