So far so good. Comfortable from day one and good heel support. It's only been a week or so . Last pair of work shows from Danner, my first purchase were also excellent and very comfortable except after about 2 months the stitching was coming undone in some spots I called and am mailing them back for inspection. I received a discount for a new purchase since those were were no longer replaceable, and also assume I will get a refund for that pair. Even though the stitching came undone on that pair I was so impressed with the comfort and waterproofing that I was willing to give a different pair a try.

Danner has been my footwear for many a year now, with the Vicious being my primary wear. Work and play; I rotate a couple pairs for daily wear, and of course I have my "Sunday go to Meeting" pair as well. Then there are my several "Mountain" styles. Light, yet durable for many a trail hike!!! Thank you Danner!!!

I have been wearing this shoe for many years. Unfortunately the pair I just received were too small. I believe I ordered the wrong size so I am in the process of returning those and then I will be placing another order.
Love this shoe. I wear a EE wide and they are very comfortable.
