Good fitting shoe. The tongue is connected, made out of stretchy material. It’s kinda like putting on a sock. Once on it’s comfortable but a very snug fit!!

Wasn’t nothing to write about when I first put them on. By the end of my work day they felt pretty good after 12,000 steps on cement. 2nd day was even better. I’m 6’2” and 250# and normally wear Keens, but these have got them beat
