Danner 11550 - Super Rain Forest™ Non-Metallic 8" Safety Toe Work Boot

All I can say is WOW! At first I was a bit skeptical about the claims made about them, but when I got them I was blown away. Awesome quality, very thick and heavy, and comfortable to boot (no pun intended). I always wanted a pair of well made, top notch, made to last heavy work boots, and brother, these puppies do not disappoint! You can tell they were made in the USA. Worth every penny. 'Nuff said.

Great boots they do run a little large so get a half size smaller to fit right but good boots and American made is a plus

Danner truly goes above and beyond with not only the craftsmanship and quality of their boots but also their customer service. Never in my life have I had a more pleasant interaction with customer service of any other company. I had a pair of Danner quarrys which held up extremely well to the abuse of working on a containership and Danner quickly corrected an issue I had with the sole of my boots even outside their warranty period. I spoke to Ricky on the phone and other customer service agents by email and they truly treat you like family. He even shared some of his experiences wearing Danner boots. I have yet to break in my Super rain forests but if they are anything like the Quarrys I know they will stand to the test of time and the abuse I throw at them on my containership in it's greasy, salty, wet, steel, and rugged environment. While wearing my Quarrys i worked in Dubai when it was 110°+ and my feet weren't hot, and also crossing the northern Atlantic with temps below 20° and my feet were warm. I didn't have the met guard but the leather is so thick that when I accidentally dropped a 40 pound turn buckle on the arch of my foot I barely felt a thing. These boots are no joke, not too mention extremely comfortable. In my opinion they run slightly big so I would get a half size down. I have an average width foot I do not see myself purchasing another pair of boots from any other company ever again. Danner you have gained a customer for life. Please never stop being awesome

Have been buying the quarry work boots for many years. Always been a great boot. This is my second pair of super rainforest with a composite toe. First pair has been going strong for five years the new pair of super rainforest are fantastic. I put a couple of coats of boot oil on them and put them right to work. Never have had to break them in. No need to ever look for another boot. Danner 💯

Great, high quality boot. You definitely get what you paid for. I always buy shoes and boots with a standard, medium width and this boot hugs my feet in an extremely comfortable way.
