Initially, I felt the boots were running a little tight. However after wearing them a couple of weeks I believe it’s fair to say they are true to size. My experience with customer service at Danner has been excellent!

I’m 4 weeks in and wore them around the house for 2 of them. They are still breaking in. Leather is thick and stiff so it takes a while. Very happy with the fit and construction is pretty good. There is 1/2” difference in the length of leather for the eyes on the right boot that is pretty noticeable so I deduct 1 star. My only complaint is that my feet are constantly cold ( it’s January now) and even when wearing heavy wool socks. Boots aren’t laced too tight either. I take the boot off and stick my hand in the boot and it’s cool. I guess that the boot is breathing but dang, my feet are cold! Might have to go back to Georgia Boots for Winter and keep these for Summer!

Awesome boots from the start. Very comfortable and no real break in required for me. Have some mt light II that fit the same as the super rainforest boots. Can't wait to wear out a few soles as I am on my 4th sole on the mt light II!!!

I love the Oregon made Danner boots. They are so, so, so, very, very comfortable. They are kinda expensive, but worth every penny. They feel as if a higher power above crafted them just for my feet. I love them. I need them, I always want them in my life. So good, So right. Mmmmm...

About two to three months in and showing good signes of wear. Should last about 2 years at this rate befor i will need them re-worked. (For refferance i go through boots about ever 6 to 9 months. From tear outs to no tread. From cheep to expencive.

It took a couple returns getting the right size both width and lengh, they fit differently than my go-to Bull Run Moc-toes. They are a very sturdy boot, and will require an extensive break-in period. They are 8 inch EE, two inches higher than my 6 inch Bull Runs and cut into my shin a bit when laced all the way up. I'm going to stick it out though, I'm sure they're going to be a great boot for the long term.
