Perfect for a long trek

This is my second pair of Cat steel toes. The best part about the brand is the arch support. Changed to the low cut because I wanted lighter shoes that take up less room in my luggage. I am an engineer and I only need to wear safety shoes on jobs sites and most of mine require a flight to visit. Two site visits complete (4 days and 3 days) and these are great shoes. Feet felt great at the end of the day, footing was great through out the visit. I did a “break in” before taking them but I don’t think they really needed it. They are a little better in my luggage but not as much as you would think. They are not waterproof but I have another pair that are if I need to brave the elements.

Fantastic work shoe

I've only had this shoe about a month and this is my first pair of CAT work shoes. I work on CAT equipment coincidentally, I do not work for CAT. Indoor and outdoor, these shoes are fantastic. The tread on the bottom is like at rtv tire, great grip even in the recent snow storm. Sprayed with waterproofing spray, toebox for me is roomy and insoles offer support. They make me about 1.5-2in taller. It is a large shoe compared to say a running shoe, but fantastic so far. I'll definitely be back for more.

Best work shoe

Excellent work shoe, extremely comfortable and breathable, a lot more sturdy than my previous Carhartt work shoes. The added rubber protection on the tow and heel is what sold me as those were the designs of my combat boots in Afghanistan. Will definitely buy again.
