Carhartt R39 - PVC Rain Bib Overall

I work offshore and when the weather is worse than you can imagine we still have to work. I've been in 60knot sustained winds and only my hands and face got wet! (I have the jacket C64 and hood) They are durable and very well made but run big so a size down may be a good idea. They are heavy duty so they can be hot in the summer like around Houston and New Orleans but in NY and DE they are helpful in avoiding the cold. I've been hammering mine for over 2 years now. Aside from being stained from crude oil they are taking everything I throw their way. My only concern is that they are in close out now so if they do wear out I'm not sure what to get. That won't be a problem soon though. Also besides the best quality clothes their customer service is outstanding.

Seem very well made. I would like more pockets. The only one is a very small zippered pocket inside the top of the bib. They run large as it is assumed that you will wear heavy clothing underneath. I am 5' 9" and the small are actually long but with the cuffs snapped tight that is not a problem.

i love these bibs. i work outside all day and in the rain it is very important to stay dry. with these bibs and a nice rain jacket you don't have to worry about a thing. i stayed dry all winter and love the range of movement in these. they do run a bit large even when you have your pants underneath but very comfortable and very strong fabric. i would recommend these bibs to anyone looking for a good set of rain gear. good job again Carhartt
