I'm 5'10 180lbs and a large fits me perfect. I feel that the price is a little steep for the item itself but I guess you have to pay to play the game. They're extremely comfortable and tough.

I bought a matching set for the fam. These are completely different from what they were expecting and functional. We are not a hunt together fish together outdoorsy family, but if you are this union suit is a fun non traditional matching pajama set. For the missus I bought one size down for her in the men??s Union suit and it fit fine. Go for it.
